I have long struggled to find the best way to translate this classic labour slogan. In the fabulous video below (well worth watching) there is a banner that reads "Nos tocan a una, nos tocan a todas". It has a much better ring than what I had been using, which was un daño contra uno es un daño contra todos.

I have often seen and used "cuando sufre uno sufrimos todos."
